Rooted in Connection. Open to Possibility.
Genuine experiences to explore connection to our bodies, minds, Being, ourselves, and one another.
Explore our gatheringsMeet the four of usTapas for Connection is a welcoming space created primarily for traumatic brain injury (TBI) and brain injury (BI) survivors, while also welcoming caregivers and others interested in or supporting the brain injury journey. Together, we explore and strengthen our connection to our bodies, minds, Being, ourselves, and one another.
Our experiences are designed especially for individuals who have moved beyond the immediate stages of brain injury recovery and are seeking opportunities for connection, personal discovery, and new possibilities at their own pace.
Through genuine experiences offered from four unique perspectives, we honor where each person is right now while creating opportunities for discovery, growth, and new possibilities.
We recognize that life brings change, challenges, and opportunities to explore ourselves in new ways. Connection provides a foundation from which we can rediscover what supports us, recognize our strengths, and explore what is possible.
There is no expectation to be somewhere other than where you are. Each experience is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, discover what serves you, and move forward in your own way and at your own pace.
Four perspectives. Four genuine experiences. One shared space for connection.
